On Monday’s Teams Meeting, we discussed:

• For any billing to HCS or Tru Hearing (MBL plans) upon delivery be sure to update the Claim Management screen with the receipt showing payment in full as well as the updated Encounter Form.

  • These items are required for Billing

• We will start publishing the Undelivered Units 60 days from Capture Invoice and the Undelivered Sales 60 days from Capture Invoice on our Revenue Updates.

  • We will be marking your clinic in red if there are more than 10 Undelivered Units.

IMPORTANT REMINDER- UPCOMING MEDI-CAL PRODUCT CHANGES:  Keep an eye out for an email from Amber this week about Medi-Cal Product changes.

REMINDER- Online Appointment Scheduling (OAS) Blocks: Be sure to have at least 2 blocks per week moving forward (at least one 30-minute and one 1-hour block per week).

*Recommendation: create a monthly block as a reminder to add OAS blocks moving forward
