Questions Regarding DOR & DOL: Questions regarding Department of Rehab and Department of Labor should go to the Sales Team (Jenn, Amber, Kelly, or Tabatha) and not the Worker's Comp Department. Thanks for your attention to this!
Referring Provider in Capture: A referring provider is now required as part of the HCFA in order to process the claim. If the referring provider is missing, the claim will be sent back to the clinic as incomplete.
-Use the referring physician on the auth or prescription.
-If you do not have an auth or prescription, use the patient's primary physician from their intake form.
